Delivery & Returns
Please note our screens are large and they are delivered fully assembled.
Due to their size, our team will be reaching out directly to all customers with delivery options. Delivery of Social Shields is similar to delivering a piece of furniture or a mattress: you will need to be present at the ship-to location during certain hours. Not to worry, our team will coordinate a delivery schedule that works best for your business!
Refunds and Returns
Due to the shipping costs and logistics, all sales are final. Quality and satisfaction are extremely important to us, so if any product arrives incorrectly or damaged, please contact us for a refund or replacement.
- Upon Delivery– Please inspect all products closely upon delivery prior to accepting. Any damaged products should be rejected at that time.
- Timing– Any products that arrive incorrect or damaged will be promptly addressed by our team, and we will issue a refund to the original payment method, or coordinate replacements within 5 business days.

- Additional Charges– All sales are final, however we will not charge any additional fees for replacing damaged or incorrectly shipped products.
